Overview

Factory relocations, line upgrades and layout changes. Equipment is disassembled, transported and reassembled to the new layout, with pre-commissioning checks before handover. Risk is assessed and the site coordinated throughout, from first strip-down to reinstatement.

The aim is short downtime and equipment that runs as it did before the move.
